HOUSE RULES

Decorum

1. Clean up after yourself.

2. Wearing shoes inside is not allowed. Shoes shall be stowed in entry hall shoe rack.

3. Surfaces must be wiped clean after using.

4. Trash and recycling occur Monday morning. Ensure bins are placed roadside.

5. Bathrooms are to be kept clean. Free of hair, stains, soils and pooling water.

6. Treat the BlastPad and its Members with respect.

Quiet Hours

1. Between 2200-0800 Members are expected to observe Quiet Hours.

2. Minimal volume is to be used on media devices and headphones are encouraged.

Smoking/Fires

1. The designated smoking area is located at the backyard patio.

2. Extinguished cigarette butts are to disposed of in the outdoor bucket.

3. Candles, open flames and bonfires are prohibited.

Food & Beverage

1. Food may be consumed in the Dining Room or Outdoor Patio only.

2. Eating in any common area or bedroom is prohibited.

3. Beverages may be consumed in bedrooms, provided it is in a resealable container.

4. Beverages consumed in common areas should utilize a coaster if placed on any surface.

5. Honor Bar beverages are $2 each. Cash box located on side of mini fridge.

Laundry Room

1. Between 0800-2200 Members may use the washer and dryer.

2. The dryer lint trap must be emptied prior to every cycle.

3. When using the washer, select (Auto) Water Level.

4. Forgotten loads of laundry are subject to removal.

Covid Protocol

1. Sanitizing wipes and liquid are located throughout the house.

2. If experiencing symptoms of Covid19 or if you came in contact with someone Covid 19 positive:

a. Notify BlastPadLLC@gmail.com.

b. Isolate/quarantine to the maximum extent possible.

c. Contact Tracing will be conducted.

d. Home will undergo immediate deep cleaning and sterilization.

Lost & Found

1. Located in the office locker labeled appropriately.

2. Items kept in Lost & Found for more than 60 days will be discarded.

Maintenance

- Notify BlastPadLLC@gmail.com. Include date discovered, description and photo of discrepancy.

Storage

1. Members are provided with a complimentary locker and kitchen cabinet for monthly storage.

2. Your assigned locker and cabinet are labeled with your name.

3. Monthly storage for oversized items at $25 per suitcase/bag per month.

4. Oversized storage is located in the NYC walk-in closet.

5. Items in oversized storage must be labeled with your name

6. We recommend that you place a small lock on your items in oversized storage.

7. Personal locks on lockers are prohibited.

Outdoor Patio

1. Cushions are stored in the outdoor chest. Store the cushions after using. Do not sit on the storage chest.

2. The grill is plumbed from the house (no tank required). Igniter inop. Grill lighter located in kitchen.

3. Cover the grill after cool down.
